Anna Rowell is a PhD student at the University of Cambridge, supervised by Dr Li Wan and Dr Jennifer Schooling. Her research explores place-based, intersectoral approaches to net zero and climate resilience, focusing on the behavioural and systemic interactions between transport, housing, and energy systems at the city-regional scale. She brings over a decade of professional experience in infrastructure planning and delivery, most recently within the Infrastructure Coordination Service at the Greater London Authority. Her background spans policy, programme delivery, and cross-sector collaboration to improve sustainability and resilience outcomes, grounding her research in real-world decision-making contexts.
